Very close yo whalesharks

Location is very good if you are doing the whale shark watching/snorkeling. But there isn’t much else in the area, the falls are close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful and can assist you with doing different things.

It was only walking distance from whale watching site and restaurant.

Basic but ok. Be warned there are power cuts and room is hot without air con as faces the morning sun. 2 minutes walk to the whale watching though if you need to get up to queue early for tickets at 3.30 am. Take a room at rhe back you can still hear the road but much quieter. On a positive in the morning after getting your tickets you can head back to bed and wait for your numbers to almost be called to go back to take your boat (usually 2 hours after getting a ticket) as if you’re quiet you can hear the speaker calling numbers out! Was great for us. Staff not overly receptive but not unfriendly either.
